- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Oats, raw
- 6 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips (or pieces finely chopped)
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cup Shredded coconut, toasted and cooled
- 1/2 cup Ground golden flaxseed meal (optional)
In a mixing bowl, stir together honey, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Put the mixture into the fridge to set.
Remove from fridge and shape into 1 inch balls.
Store in fridge in an airtight container.
