And the star of the show was the most amazing Roast Suckling Pig, tender flavoursome meat with crispy skin and crackling. Droolworthy.
It was joined by;
Baby gem lettuce, crispy garlic, palm hearts and radish cressHeirloom beetroots, lentils and fresh curd 


I would highly recommend any pork lover to attend this event hosted by none other than Bomba should they run this again.
