Bomba on Lonsdale Street is simply delicious, taking me back to Barcelona and the spanish cuisine.
The food was amazing as you can see above… The range of charcuterie meats were definitely up there, especially the house pickled pork belly which just melted in your mouth.
The service and also the sangria was flawless and the friendliness of the kitchen staff (as we sat at the bar) was awesome.
It was that good that a week later I went back to experience their Suckling Pig Lunch for the Melbourne Good Food Month. The post for this will be up soon!
